About Us
What we do
We provide a wide range of Catering services in the Melton Mowbray region and local area. Drawing on 25 years working in the catering industry to cater for any occasion from intimate dinner parties to large celebrations, and where possible we source all our ingredients from organic and farm foods.
Where we come from
I grew up on a farm where growing our own food was a norm, as a result I expect quality, taste and ethically produced food on my table at home and when I cater for others.
My husband and I bought our small holding in 1999, we have built up a herd of Dexter cows, and from a flock of original 8 sheep we have now 200. We use our own meat whenever possible. Good local contacts for other meats and seasonal game. We have two polly tunnels packed with seasonal vegetables and fruits which our children especially like to help pick and gather. Keen to use the farmers market.
We truly are a family business, with sisters, nephews and nieces all willing to help.
How we do it
We believe that service is just as important as the quality and presentation of food. We try were possible to take full advantage of our unique area for locally produced quality ingredients, including from our own family farm when we can.
We understand that every function is individual to our clients and endeavor to tailor menus, service and overall experience to their needs.
